Know your biological age. And what's actually moving it.
Function, Superpower, WHOOP, Oura, TruDiagnostic, your doctor: everyone gives you a number. Med.xyz puts them side by side, tracks what you change, and shows what moved.
- About 60% of US adults own a wearable, and 46% a smartwatch or ring. (Rock Health, Jun 2026)
- Different clocks in the same kit can disagree by years. The spread is the insight, not a flaw.
- We don't sell tests or supplements. Partner links are disclosed.

Can you actually move the number?
Yes, and the honest version is that different ages move on different clocks. Here is what the evidence says moves each one, and how Med.xyz makes the change visible.
Wearable age
moves in weeksSleep regularity, zone-2 volume, resting heart rate
Wearable ages are built from sleep, strain and heart-rate data, so they respond within weeks of changing those inputs. They are the fastest feedback loop you have and the least stable.
Blood-biomarker age (PhenoAge-style)
moves in monthsFasting glucose, hs-CRP, red-cell markers
Glucose, inflammation and red-cell markers carry most of the weight in these models. They respond to sleep, protein, resistance training and alcohol over one to three months. Levine et al., Aging 2018
Epigenetic age
moves in months to yearsDiet, sleep, exercise, stress, retested on the same clock
In a small 2021 pilot randomized trial, an 8-week diet-and-lifestyle program lowered epigenetic age by about three years compared with controls. Small study, real signal, and the reason to retest on the same clock and vendor. Fitzgerald et al., Aging 2021

How the blood-biomarker estimate moves when two markers improve
Sample member, 46. Fasting glucose 104 → 92 mg/dL and hs-CRP 2.4 → 1.1 mg/L over 12 weeks of protein-first eating, two strength sessions a week and a fixed wake time. Not a promise; the point is that the Program shows you your own version of this chart.
Glucose
104 → 92
hs-CRP
2.4 → 1.1
Estimated age
49.8 → 47.2
Inside the Program, interventions are dated events on this chart, so you can see which change moved which number. Wellness guidance only, not medical advice.

Questions, answered
Which biological age is the real one?
None of them, and that is the point. Epigenetic clocks, wearable ages and blood-biomarker ages measure different things and move on different timescales. Med.xyz shows them side by side with method notes and tracks what you change, so you can see which one moves and why.
Do I need to buy another test?
No. Bring the ages you already have from Function, Superpower, WHOOP, Oura, TruDiagnostic or Tally. If you have a recent CBC and metabolic panel, the reconciler adds a blood-biomarker estimate using published coefficients.
Is the blood-biomarker estimate a diagnosis?
No. It is a PhenoAge-style estimate from nine routine markers using coefficients published by Levine et al. in 2018. It is a wellness number, sensitive to glucose, inflammation and red-cell markers, and anything it flags is worth discussing with your clinician.
Do you sell tests or supplements?
No. When retesting makes sense we say so and link to partners with the relationship disclosed. We never sell a product whose result we interpret.
