Something feels different. Let's find out what.
Sleep, energy, weight, cycle, mood, hot flashes, recovery. Med.xyz brings your symptoms, wearable data, labs (including DUTCH) and history together, and helps you walk into your next appointment with evidence.
- 1 in 3 women 35+ aren't sure what stage they're in. (Flo / Mayo Clinic, 2026)
- Only about a quarter of women with symptoms get treatment. (AARP / NORC)
- We don't prescribe. We help you and your clinician see the whole picture.

Perimenopause Symptom Test
Thirteen symptoms, one at a time: how often has each been happening over the last couple of months? You get a symptom-frequency map, what to track for 30 days, and an appointment-prep sheet. Results show on this page; the email is optional.
- Frequency, not intensity: what a clinician can act on
- No stage or condition is named
- Nothing stored until you ask for the emailed report
Wear an Oura ring or Apple Watch? After sign-up your sleep, temperature and symptoms land on one timeline.
Your Symptom Map, 30-day tracking list and appointment-prep sheet appear here when you finish the test.

What the Program does every day
Sleep × cycle overlay
Your symptom log sits on the same timeline as sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate and skin temperature, so "bad month" becomes a chart.
Patterns you have logged
Correlations shown as observations, never as causes: night sweats on high-temperature nights, brain fog after short sleep, mood dips on specific cycle days.
Appointment prep
"You reported disrupted sleep 11 times this month" goes straight into a clinician packet with a 30-day frequency table and the questions worth asking.
Questions, answered
Will this tell me whether I am in perimenopause?
No. Med.xyz does not name a stage or a condition. It organizes what you report, overlays it with your wearable data, and turns it into evidence for your appointment. Your clinician makes the call.
Do you prescribe hormone therapy?
No. We help you and your clinician see the whole picture. When you want care, we point to partners such as Midi, Elektra and Evernow, or your own OB/GYN.
What about DUTCH and hormone labs?
DUTCH is a dried-urine test ordered through a practitioner, not standard of care, and urine metabolites are not the same as serum levels. Med.xyz shows what was measured and how it changed, with that caveat above the first value. It never maps a result to a treatment.
Which wearables work?
Oura and Apple Health today. Sleep stages, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and skin-temperature deviation overlay on your symptom log so a night-sweat entry sits next to the temperature curve.
Where do the statistics come from?
The Flo Health and Mayo Clinic survey (Jul 2026) on stage uncertainty, and the AARP/NORC survey on how few symptomatic women receive treatment. Both are linked from this page.
